This budget planner includes suggested costs for each item and guidance on who (traditionally) is supposed to pay. You can use it to estimate your own costs, keep track of your budget and organise your supplier details, deposits and due balances.

Once you have your budget planner it is time to get started on making all your priority bookings so you can lock in your date. Priority bookings include the ceremony and reception venues, wedding planner and stylist, photographer and celebrant. These are most important as they often book out well in advance. We offer single hourly consultations from $100 for those who simply need some inspiration, on-the-day co-ordination support for those who have everything organised but need help on the day to pull it all together as well as a range of wedding planning packages to suit your needs and budget.
On-the-Day Co-ordination Services – $800 + GST
You’re super organised but on the day you will be busy getting ready and enjoying your journey towards the wedding aisle. Impact Style and Design can take care of all the little things and pull everything together for you to make sure it all goes to plan. Our On-the-Day co-ordination services include the following:-
Timeline for the day compiled & sent to suppliers
Acceptance of deliveries at the venue
Oversight of the set up of hired equipment
Correct placement of guests place cards, favours, guest books, etc
Assist with any bridal party needs- corsages, flowers etc.
Co-ordinate with celebrant, photographer, DJ or band, caterers etc
Welcome guests to ceremony + venue & advise of seating arrangements
Organise the bridal party entrance
Assist with photo shoot after ceremony, if needed.
